These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and pakde4d ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pakde4d.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, software, games, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by pakde4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

pakde4d operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and across the broader Malaysian market. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on pakde4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your Account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pakde4d does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21, in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to online casino and sports betting platforms.
• You are accessing the platform as a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, entity, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of pakde4d, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pakde4d or from any gambling platform where such exclusion may apply to pakde4d's services.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party and are using only your own funds to deposit and place wagers.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any material respect.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the pakde4d platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified — whether linked by device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — pakde4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address and mobile phone number, and to create a unique username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. pakde4d will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pakde4d operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including, but not limited to, a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during your use of the platform, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

Your use of the pakde4d platform is subject to the following conditions of acceptable use. By accessing any portion of the Services, you agree to comply with these terms at all times:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it in connection with any commercial or professional gambling activity, syndicate betting, or arbitrage strategy that exploits platform pricing inefficiencies.
• You will not attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of the platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, APIs, or third-party game integrations.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or pakde4d employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You will not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any such exploitation — whether accidental or intentional — may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• You accept that the house edge, RTP rates, and game mechanics are disclosed in advance and form part of the agreed terms under which you choose to wager.

pakde4d reserves the right to monitor all player activity for compliance with these Terms and to take action — including account suspension or permanent closure — where a breach is identified or suspected.

pakde4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following verified payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank internet banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Online, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC).

The following general conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pakde4d does not charge fees on standard deposits. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit threshold is RM 30 for most e-wallet methods and RM 100 for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency minimums are stated in fiat-equivalent MYR on the deposit page.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation by the respective payment network. pakde4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• pakde4d reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and processing timelines:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with standard AML "same-method return" policy.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals require a minimum Real Balance of RM 50. Bonus funds must be fully wagered and converted to Real Balance before they are withdrawable.
• pakde4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, or at any stage in the withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required documentation has been received and verified.
• pakde4d does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. Any third-party transaction fees charged by payment providers are disclosed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals requested between 00:00 and 23:00 MYT will be processed the same calendar day, subject to verification requirements.

pakde4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, and the Refer a Friend programme. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 6x, 8x, 10x) is specified in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering counts towards fulfilment only when placing bets at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) for sports markets, or on eligible slot and live dealer games.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated promotion window — typically 7 or 14 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to verified Account Holders aged 21 and above unless otherwise stated. Players who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to participate in any promotion during the exclusion period.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction constitute bonus abuse.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of bonus-derived winnings is capped at ten (10) times the original bonus value.

pakde4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the platform or by direct Account notification.

All games offered on the pakde4d platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery products, and instant-win games — are supplied by licensed third-party studios and are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which are published within each game interface.

Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in all non-live casino games are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed streaming studios from regulated jurisdictions. pakde4d does not modify game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disconnections, software errors, or network interruptions during an active game round — pakde4d reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake. Winnings or losses registered during a malfunction will not be honoured if the underlying game data cannot be verified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakde4d platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:

• Opening or operating more than one Account under any circumstances
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials
• Any form of money laundering, placement, layering, or integration of illicit funds through the platform
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point in the Account lifecycle
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting any technical error, bonus misconfiguration, or system vulnerability
• Engaging in "bonus harvesting" — opening accounts or depositing with the sole intent of claiming and withdrawing promotional funds without genuine play
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any pakde4d employee or customer support agent
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the platform without authorisation

Where pakde4d identifies a prohibited activity, it reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with the activity, forfeit all Account balances, report the conduct to relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

All content on the pakde4d platform — including but not limited to the pakde4d name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pakde4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from pakde4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakde4d and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

pakde4d's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakde4d does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You assume all risk associated with your use of the platform and any reliance on information published therein.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by pakde4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pakde4d collects personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and communicate with you about your Account and promotions. Your data is never sold to third-party marketers. You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

pakde4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and to preventing gambling-related harm among its players. The following tools and protections are available to all Account Holders via their account dashboard or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Limits: Reminders may be configured to alert players when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply for a temporary pause on gambling activity of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

pakde4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — including changes to fee structures, eligibility requirements, or withdrawal policies — pakde4d will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered Account email address or by means of a prominent notification on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any available balance.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the currently applicable version of these Terms. Prior versions may be requested from our customer support team.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pakde4d, we encourage the following resolution process:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact our customer support team via live chat or email. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalated Review: If not resolved at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and provide a final response within 30 business days.
• Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through Steps 1 and 2 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The place of arbitration, arbitral language, and applicable rules shall be as specified in the arbitration notice issued at the commencement of proceedings.
